Legal Basis & Retention: Processing is based on your explicit consent when submitting the form and on IT AWARE HOLDING’s legitimate interest in organizing the launch of VIVAĒ locations. Personal data is retained for a maximum of 3 years from your last interaction or until you withdraw your consent. No personal data is ever sold, rented, or transferred to third parties.
